How to Order
Orders can be made by selecting the item you want to purchase and then going to the checkout.
 
Items can be purchased by either opening an account with us, or using an existing account or by using guest checkout.
International Delivery.
 
All International orders are charged at a standard rate of £9.99
 
All orders are sent special delivery using either Royal Mail International, USPS, UPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be sent via email once purchase has been dispatched.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Mimi Clothing. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office before placing an order to check if there will be any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
 
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
 
All orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
 
Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
 
Any problems with delivery of goods please contact us at clothing@mimiclothing.co.uk and we will investigate further to rectify the problem.
 
We will only resend an order or refund the purchase if the delivery problem has arisen from us or the delivery service. If the tracking number shows a signature which will mean the item has been received then any problems after that is the customers responsibility.
